4. Withdrawal Policy

Bagi live has specific rules governing the withdrawal of winnings. Withdrawals are generally processed within 3 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance must meet wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is completed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be met first.

• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to use a bonus across multiple accounts will result in both accounts being suspended.

Welcome Bonus

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bagi Live. Any account found to be involved in such conduct will be permanently banned:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Bagi Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure
